Description

MoG+ (pronounce, mάg plˈʌs) provides mouse genomic variation focuses on comparison between inbred mouse strains established in Japan (JF1/Ms etc), and frequently used classical inbred strain such as C57BL/6J (whose genome is predominantly derived from the West European subspecies M. m. domesticus).
