The directory contains the following files for bulk download

* integrated CRE peaks - CRE peaks called with the pool of all cell/tissue samples
* individual CTSS - CTSS (TSS positions and their abundances in a single nucleotide resolution) of the pool of all cell/tissue samples
* individual CRE peaks - CRE peaks called with an individual cell/tissue sample
* individual CTSS - CTSS (TSS positions and their abundances in a single nucleotide resolution) of an individual cell/tissue sample
